William Albert "Bill" Howard, Jr.

William Albert Howard, Jr., 59, of Marshall, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

He was born November 28, 1961 in Terre Haute to William A. Howard, Sr. and Iva Ann “Annie” Belleu Howard.

Bill was a self-employed roofer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Nancy Howard; and a brother-in-law, Jim Gillie.

Bill is survived by his wife, Marla Hayes Howard; his children, Amanda Hayes, Billy Howard III, Bo Altman (Jon), and David Howard (Shannon); his grandchildren, Natalie Castle, Christopher Castle, Jeremy Castle, Kiyle Castle, Xylia Hayes, Trish Howard, Jaylee Howard, Keyli McCarty, Caydan Altman, Callen Altman; and expecting his first great grandchild. He is also survived by a sister, Sue Gillie (Virg); nieces, Amber Stark (Josh), Cortnee Houghton, and Chelsey Howard; nephew,  Buddy  Gillie; and cousins, Jeff Belleu and Fred Harvey.

In honor of his wishes, cremation has been chosen. A Celebration of Life Service will be held by the family at a later date.
