Patrick Joe "P.J." Mazely

Patrick Joe “P.J.” Mazely, 38, of Clinton, passed away unexpectedly in his residence on February 19, 2020.

He was born June 18, 1981 in Terre Haute to Frank  Mazely and Pamela Hays Heber.

P.J. was employed as a cook.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela; and grandparents, Louis and Lucille Mazely and Jack and Mary Hays.

P.J. is survived by his beloved daughter, Isabella Mazely; his father, Frank Mazely and Melissa Montgomery Tucker AKA “Mum”; his stepfathers, John Ehmen and Ray Heber; brother, Troy Mazely; sisters, Robyn White and her husband, Danny, Kelsey Ehmen and her children, Kaiden and McKenna, and Stephanie Brewer; special aunt, Tracy Hays Wilson; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will be Monday, February 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, Indiana, with visitation from 4:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
