Patricia Ann (Leclercq) White

Patricia Ann Leclercq White, 79 of Terre Haute and formerly of West Terre Haute, passed away at 3:55 AM on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care.  She was born in Vigo County on November 22, 1940 to Fred I. Leclercq and Goldie F. Henry Leclercq.

Pat retired as Housekeeping Supervisor at Indiana State University and also worked as a waitress for many years.  She loved playing BINGO and was affectionately known as the “BINGO Queen”.

Pat is survived by four children; James E. White (Kim), Don I. White, Sandra Brown (Bill), and Mike D. White, and six siblings; Linda Lowe, Earl Leclercq (Pat), Toni Jeffrey, Mary Smith (Steve), Sally Debney (David), and Mildred Jeffers.  She is also survived by her grandchildren; Bill White (Andrea), Brad Brossman, Josey Thomas (Nick), and Brandy Crowther (Sam), and great grandchildren; Emma, Krista, Bradley, Brenton, Kyler, Elliana, Steven, and Sammy, as well as in-laws; Clarence and Flo Dickerson, Mary Kay White, Tom White, and Terry and Davie Cooper, and also by several nieces, nephews, and other kids and grandkids that she raised throughout her life.  She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as the lady who raised her, Virginia “ Gibb” Leclercq, her husband, William White, Sr., two children; William Henry, Jr. and Rosemarie, siblings Ted Leclercq and Sandra Price, and brother-in-law Bill Price.

A Celebration of Life will be Held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN, on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 6:00 PM, with Pastor Buddy White officiating, with cremation to follow.  Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 4:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
