Patricia G. (Douglas) Mott

Patricia G. Mott, 80 of West Terre Haute, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 3, 2023 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care.  She was born in Terre Haute on August 5, 1943 to William Douglas and Mabel King Douglas.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 62 years, Richard W. Mott, Sr. and her two daughters; Tammy Harden (Troy) and Penny Arthur (Tom), as well as her grandchildren; Darrick Harden (Laci), Lacey Mott, Tara Arthur, and Jackson Arthur, as well as her great grandchildren; Parker Harden, Haiden Long, Keelie Harden, Brice Harden, and Elliott Harden.  She is also survived by her brother, Robert Douglas (Charlotte), as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as two children, Sherry Mott and Richard W. Mott, Jr., and her siblings; Albert Douglas, Henry Douglas, Bill Douglas, Agnes Swaggerty, and Ruth Morrissette.   Patricia was a member of The King’s Harvest Foursquare Church.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 12 Noon, with Pastor Dennis Leek, Pastor Troy Isles, and Libby Christenberry officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.  Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 10:00 AM – 12 Noon in the funeral home.
