Mary J. (Flak) Boyll

Mary J. Boyll, 81 of West Terre Haute, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 in Harrison’s Crossing Health Campus.  She was born in Terre Haute, IN on February 12, 1940 to Steve Flak and Emma Dudzik Flak.

Mary was a member of St. Mary’s Village Church and volunteered at the Providence Food Pantry.  She also served as secretary for the West Vigo Community Center Board of Directors and was a member of the Senior Citizens group at the Community Center.

Mary is survived by her husband Charles F. Boyll whom she married on June 26, 1965, as well as their two children, Carlin Eric Boyll and Theresa Dugger (husband Scott).  She is also survived by her grandchildren; Carter Boyll, Kaitlyn Boyll, Kayleigh Boyll, Nathaniel Scott, Adriel Scott, Amanda Dugger, Kaydee Dugger, and one great grandchild, Dymontae Maben.  She also leaves behind her sister, Carolyn Wade, sister-in-law Norma Lantz, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as two brothers, Steve Flak, Jr. and Robert Flak.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Village Church on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 1:00 PM, with burial to follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.  Visitation will be at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Thursday from 10:30 AM -12:30 PM.  The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Providence Food Pantry, 707 National Ave., West Terre Haute, IN, in her memory.
