Obituary

 Lisa Denise Buchanan, 52 of Marshall, Illinois, went to heaven June 4, 2022.  She was born in Terre Haute on July 28, 1969.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents Judith and Butch Bays, and Jim Fagg, her daughter, Amber Smith, and grandchildren Korben and Emilee.  She was also preceded in death by three brothers; Terry Matlock, Mike Fagg, and James Fagg, as well as her sister Judy Shipley.

Lisa is survived by her husband Tim Buchanan, her daughter, Melissa Smith, and her son Eric Buchanan, as well as four grandkids: Kylie, Amelia, Christian, and Breanna.  She is also survived by two brother, Paul Fagg and Roy Fagg, stepmother Peggy Fagg, her puppy Angel, and several nieces and nephews.

Lisa was a loving wife and mother and was the best Nana ever.  She loved to watch movies and her love for Mountain Dew was real.  Before she became ill, Lisa loved to go camping with her family, being outside, and having family get togethers.  She was also one heck of a drummer.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haue, IN on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM, with Travis Weir officiating.  Burial will follow in New Vermillion Cemetery.  Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the funeral home.
