Tom Mundy

Tom Mundy, 54 of West Terre Haute, passed away peacefully in his residence on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at 9:34 AM surrounded by his family.  He was born in Terre Haute on September 6, 1965 to Larry Mundy, Sr. and Norma Jean McCalister Mundy.

Tom is survived by his wife Sandy Curley Mundy whom he married October 18, 1986 and their three children;  Megan Barnhart (husband TJ), Erin Mundy, and Dawson Mundy.  He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Sawyer Barnhart and Elliot Barnhart, his brother Bill McCalister (Connie), Mother-in-law, Beverly Curley (husband Bill), three sisters-in-law; Linda Hightower (husband Gregg), Beth Parker (husband Mike), and Becky Curley, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, son James Mundy, grandson Tucker Barnhart, and father-in-law Joseph Curley.

Tom enjoyed bow hunting, baseball games, and his son’s motorcycle racing.

Funeral services for Tom will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at 3:00 PM, with Pastor Chris Wilbur and Tommy Roberts officiating.  Cremation will immediately follow services.  Visitation is scheduled for Sunday from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
