Thomas L. "Red" Mundy

Thomas L. “Red” Mundy, 60 of West Terre, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.  He was born in Terre Haute on June 13, 1963 to Jerry Mundy and Sheila Hart Mundy.

Tom was a carpenter as well as a Marine Corps Veteran and member of West Terre Haute VFW Post # 6574.

Tom is survived by three children; Brandon Mundy (Skylee), Edith Mundy, and Zoey Mundy, his father Jerry Mundy and grandchildren Addilyn and Raiden.  He is also survived by his siblings Tammy Mundy, Tabbatha Mundy and Jerry “Bub” Mundy (Stacey), niece Raven, and nephews Aiden and Chase, and best friend Curt Graham.   He was preceded in death by his mother Sheila Mundy, and special cousin Larry Thomas Mundy.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3^rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 3:00 PM, with Melissa Hutchens officiating.  Visitation is scheduled for Monday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM in the funeral home.  In keeping with his wishes, cremation will follow services. Tom was a simple man and wants everyone who attends to come as they are.
