Sondra "Sandy" Kirshman

Sondra “Sandy” Kirshman, 87 of Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025 in her residence. She was born in Peru, IN on May 11, 1938 to Clyde Landis and Mary Elnora Mooney Landis.

Sandy lived and died for her three grandsons and was a huge sports fan, especially ISU basketball, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation was also near and dear to her heart.

Sandy is survived by her two children, daughter Teresa Huxford and son Mike Odum (Janeen), as well as her three grandsons; Zach Odum (Rebecca), Jake Odum, and Justin Huxford (Kelsey). She is also survived by three great grandchildren; Hollie Huxford, Henry Huxford, and Banksy Odum, her brother, Dale Landis (Linn), and nephews Lee Landis and Mark Landis. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Russell Kirshman.

Private family services will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Peru, IN. Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN.
