In Loving Memory of Rosemarie "Rosie" Feller Wisbey Harvey

With hearts filled with both sorrow and the hope found in Christ, we celebrate the life of Rosemarie "Rosie" Feller Wisbey Harvey, who entered into the presence of her Lord at the age of 98. A lifelong resident of Terre Haute, Indiana, Rosie was born on March 13, 1928, to Everett Willis Feller and Rose Magdaline Hershfield Feller.

Rosie was a woman of unwavering faith whose life reflected God's love through her kindness, compassion, and devotion to her family. She believed that every blessing came from the Lord and found strength and peace in His promises. Her greatest joy was loving and caring for her family, and she leaves behind a legacy of faith, perseverance, and unconditional love that will continue for generations.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Everett Willis and Rose Magdaline Feller; her former husband, Lewis "Bud" Wisbey; her siblings, Carl (Doris) Feller, Alberta (Wayne) Martin, Lucille (Mick) McDonald, Waunita (Barney) Newlin, and her twin brother, Everett "Bubbie"; her nephews, Ronnie Newlin and Roger "Dodgee" McDonald; and her great-niece, Marcee McDonald-Boysen.

Rosie is lovingly remembered by her sons, Jeffery (Leisa) Wisbey and Bradley (LouAnn) Wisbey. She also leaves behind her cherished nieces and nephews: Sondra Kirby, Karen Dunham, Mike (Shelia) McDonald, Beverly (Jon) Sigler, Angela (John) Leeth, Rick (Marsha) Newlin, Brenda (Rex) Herb, and Chad (Amy) Feller.

Her greatest pride was her family. She was a devoted Nana to Jason Mackey, Jessica (Justin) Barton, Danielle Wisbey, Michelle Wisbey, Alexander (Ryann) Wisbey, Aric Wisbey, and Aaron Wisbey. She was blessed with great-grandchildren Jace Barton, Jaelyn (Barton) Butterfield, Samiyah Wisbey, and Selah Wisbey, and was overjoyed to welcome her great-great-grandson, Carter James Butterfield, born on June 27, 2026. She also leaves behind many beloved great-nieces and great-nephews who were dear to her heart.

Rosie found happiness in the simple blessings of lifetime spent with family, Hsharing stories and laughter, and watching each new generation grow. She was a steady source of encouragement, wisdom, and unconditional love. Her gentle spirit, warm smile, and caring heart touched everyone who knew her.

As Scripture reminds us in 2 Timothy 4:7, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Rosie lived those words faithfully. While her family grieves at her passing, they rejoice in the assurance that she has been welcomed into her eternal home, where there is no more pain or sorrow, but everlasting peace in the presence of her Savior.

Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care, compassion, and kindness shown to Rosemarie by the nurses, CNAs, aides, and the entire staff at Cobblestone during her stay. Your dedication, patience, and unwavering support brought comfort not only to Rosemarie but also to our family.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the staff of Southern Care Hospice for the compassionate care you provided. Thank you for treating Rosemarie with dignity, respect, and genuine love during her final days. Your kindness and support brought peace and comfort to our family, and we will always be grateful for the difference you made in her life.

In keeping with Rosemarie’s wishes, cremation has been chosen. Arrangements have been entrusted to Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
