Ricky L Heyen

Ricky L. Heyen, 57, of West Terre Haute passed away at 5:45 p.m. Saturday April 8, 2017 in Union Hospital at Terre Haute. He was employed as a custodian with Indiana State University for thirty five years. He was born January 9, 1960 at Terre Haute to Earl Heyen and Patricia Wilson Heyen. Survivors include: two brothers Dennis Heyen of Bloomington, IN and Stephen Heyen of Spencer, IN; aunts Loretta Heyen, Mary Heyen and her companion Jim Toney, and Beverly Williams and her husband John all of Terre Haute; uncle Charles Wilson of Florida; a special aunt and uncle Ronald and Maria Heyen of West Terre Haute; and a special cousin Charles Wilson Jr. and his wife Lisa of Terre Haute. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ricky enjoyed going to the Valley Grill every day where he met with friends for food and fellowship. Cremation was chosen with a private family graveside service and burial of his ashes in Dunlap Cemetery. Care and arrangements were entrusted to Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
