Richard Phillips

Richard C. Phillips, 63, of Terre Haute passed away at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday October 12, 2016 in Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born June 25, 1953 in Indianapolis. Survivors include: His Wife of thirty eight years, Carol S. Gregory Phillips whom he married on October 21, 1978; five children Jennifer Fennell, Kari Uselman, Kristy Phillips, Amanda Hull (William) and Paula Addis; two sisters Debra Lowrey (Gene), and Carol Brimsfield; two brothers Joseph Phillips (Elizabeth), and Byrun Roy Sparks (Theresa); sixteen grandchildren Heather, Ricky, Heidi, Dalton, Briana, Austin, Mary, Paula, Steven, Jordin, Dominic, lane, Katelyn, Evan, Angel and Abigail; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley Winn; his step-father Roy Sparks; a son Anthony Addis; a son-in-law Keith Fennall and a brother Ray Sparks. He was an Indianapolis Colts Fan, enjoyed watching Nascar, and western movies and he loved fishing and the Beatles. A Celebration Of Life will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday October 22, 2016 at " The Barn" at Fowler Park, 3000 E. Oregon Church Road, Terre Haute, IN 47807.
