Rex Harold Walters

Rex Harold Walters, 71, of West Terre Haute passed away at 4:30 a.m. Saturday June 10, 2017 in his home. He was born November 24, 1945 at Chic ago, IL to Rex Leon Walters and Ruby Jeffers Walters. Survivors include: His wife of forty years, Frances Pennell Walters whom he married on June 20, 1976; four children Clifton Thompson, Roberta "Bobbie" Thompson, Timothy Thompson, and James Thompson all of West Terre Haute; a brother Gary Walters and his wife Teri of Clinton, IN; and several nieces and nephews including a special great niece Genesis Pennell and a special great nephew Jaden Pennell. He was preceded in death by a daughter Myra Thompson and his parents. A Graveside Service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday in Dunlap Cemetery at Dennison, IL with Pastor John Bigger officiating. Care and arrangements have been entrusted to Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
