Raymond C. Robinson

Raymond (Ray) C. Robinson, 82 of Indianapolis, born November 20, 1943, passed away April 3, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana, surrounded by family.

Ray was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Robinson, and his beloved mother, Clara Robinson. He was also preceded in death by his infant daughter, Susan Marie; his brother, Art; his sisters, Bevealee Wells and Wanda Bomgardner; and his granddaughter, Bristol Leigh Robinson.

He is survived by his children, Michael (Linda) Robinson; Becky (Daniel) Shotts; Karyn (Scott) Oyler; and Philip (Rhonda) Robinson; along with seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Ray shared 31 years of marriage with his former wife, Linda Robinson, maintaining a lasting friendship and a shared love for their family.

Ray graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Accounting. He was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for most of his professional life and owned and operated his own successful practice for over 30 years.

Ray was a dedicated father and took great pride in providing for his family. His life was guided by strong principles, integrity, and faith. He enjoyed family vacations, playing games, watching classic television, and listening to country and gospel music. Ray was incredibly handy and could take on just about any project around the house or with cars.

In honor of Ray’s wishes, private family services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
