Paul Michael "Muggsy" McPheeters

Mike "Muggsy" was born November 18, 1953 and was a life-long resident of West Terre Haute. He entered into the gates of heaven on May 26, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents Julian "Dode" and Roxie McPheeters and his lifelong mentor, friend and brother-in-law Ralph Monaghan. He leaves behind two children, Amber French (Troy) and Cory McPheeters, 5 grandchildren, Nathan, Luke, Logan, MeKenzie and Jessica, sisters Bonnie Monaghan and Francis (Bill) Toler, several nieces and nephews, many great-nieces and nephews and long-time friend Paul Thurston.

He graduated from West Vigo High School class of 1971.  Mike retired from Taghleef in 2017 after over 25 years of service. He loved making gifts for others and will always be remembered for his gag-gifts and inventions!

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, June 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN, with Pastor Dennis Leek officiating.  Burial will follow at Watson Cemetery.  Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
