Mark Harold Clark, 64, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away May 9, 2026. He was born July 26, 1961, in Terre Haute to Marvin Harold Clark and Shirley Ann Phipps Clark. Mark graduated from South Vigo High School. Mark worked as a laborer out of the Union Local 204. Mark was a member of Prairie Lodge #77 A.F & A.M. Mark loved mushroom and deer hunting, and fishing. Mark loved to make his family and friends laugh and have a good time. He was always quick with a joke and was the family comedian.

He is preceded in death by his father, and brother, Steven Ray Hillhouse.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Ann Clark, son, Mark Everett Clark (Ashley), daughter, Morgan Renee Muir (Brian), siblings, William Carl Hillhouse Jr., Kim Elbridge Hillhouse (Tina), Marla Ann Clark, Sandra Sue Clark, partner, Deborah Moore, Nicole Hand (Ken), grandchildren, Warren, Merida, Arik, Payton, and Wade, special friend, Brandon Sankey, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services for Mark will be Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 1 p.m. with visitation from 11 am until service time at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, IN 47885. Mason services will be at 10:30 am. Pastor Chris Wilbur will officiate. Burial will be in Black Cemetery, Marshall, IL 62441. If friends so desire, donations can be made to the Edgar County Humane Society.
