James Anthony Scott

James Anthony “Jim” Scott, 64, of West Terre Haute, passed away October 14, 2019 in his home.

He was born June 14, 1955 in Terre Haute to John Arthur Scott and Marie Roch Scott.

Jim was a custodian for the Vigo County School Corporation.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, John “Jack” Scott.

Jim is survived by his children, Jacob Scott (Shelby Brighton) and Karah Scott; his brother, Craig Scott (Carol); his sisters, Joan Flint (Lyman) and Susan Kiger (Don); his grandchildren, Jhace, Jaxson, Josiah, Lynleigh, Sydney and Krimson; his soulmate and the mother of his children, Darla Scott; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, with a gathering of family and friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
