Harold “Rusty” Otto Travioli, 69 of West Terre Haute, passed away on February 8th, 2026. He was born on November 4th, 1956, to Asel Otto Travioli and Violet (Orndorff) Travioli.

Rusty was most known for his love of cars. They have always been involved in his life ever since his first day of auto shop class in high school. Surrounding himself with the thing he loved most, Rusty worked as a mechanic for many years. He enjoyed going to and participating in demo derby’s, drag races, and car shows. When Rusty was not at an event, he was at home putting together dioramas of his favorite vehicles and the scenes that those cars would be in. Cars were his whole life, and he enjoyed passing on what he had learned to who he could, especially his family. Most of all, Rusty was valued by everyone he met and was always there to help anyone he could.

Rusty is survived by his sons, Harold Travioli (Meghan) and Tony Travioli; Daughter, Aurella Travioli; Sisters, Maridee Travioli-Livvix, Serena Travioli-Foltz; grandkids, Brad (Elaina), Katie (Lucas), Exavier, Gabbie, Gracie, and Adi; great-grandkids, Ivy, Aria, and Violet; a girlfriend, Debbie Franklin; a sister-in-law, Christine Travioli; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Rusty is proceeded in death by his wife, Edith Marie (Weger) Travioli; parents, Asel and Violet Travioli; a brother, Asel Dean Travioli; as well as a sister, Sharon Rose Travioli-Holdeman.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 13th, 2026, at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, IN, beginning at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be held in the funeral home from 11:00 am until service time. Burial to follow at Livingston Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
