Guy Strother May

Guy Strother May, 74, of Terre Haute and formerly Linton, Indiana, died peacefully in his sleep on April 4, 2026. He is survived by three siblings, Susan (David) Hendrickson, Dean (Tammy) May; and Mark May, children Melissa (Christopher) Barrett, Maryland; David May, Terre Haute; Joseph (Megan) May, Texas; and Nate (Kacy) May, Greenwood. He survives his former wife Heather Piety May. He had nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Brendon May and his parents John and Catherine May and three brothers: Hugh May, Scott May and Jay May. Guy was born in Lima, Ohio on March 28, 1952. He was graduated from Linton-Stockton High School in 1970. He was a graduate of ISU. He was a lifelong Christian and a biblical scholar. Interment will be at Westlawn Cemetery in Prairie Creek.
