Emily F Warren

Emily F. Lewis Warren, 58, of Terre Haute, passed away peacefully in Union Hospital Tuesday, August 29, 2017 surrounded by her family. Emily started her career at Sisters of Providence and ended her career in patient accounts at Union Hospital. She was born May 10, 1959 in Clinton. Survivors include her husband Terry J. Warren Sr. whom she married on August 6, 1978 in Bethany United Church of Christ Church in West Terre Haute. Two sons; Terry J. Warren Jr. and wife Laurie of Terre Haute, and Justin T. Warren and wife Alex of Avon, IN. Her mother Clara Lou Ray Morgan and step-father Dan Morgan of West Terre Haute. Four grandchildren; Kailey, Khloe, Bryson Warren of Terre Haute and Blake Warren of Avon. Three sisters; Mary Ann Gunder and husband Dan of Terre Haute, Melinda Williamson and husband Tracy of Shelbyville, IN., and Terri Acton and husband James of Bloomington, IN. Three brothers Larry Lewis and wife Linda of Mooresville, IN., Paul Lewis and wife Teresa of West Terre Haute, Danny Morgan and wife Dot of Fort Worth, TX. She was preceded in death by her father Stanley E. Lewis, father-in-law, Robert Warren and brother-in-law, Danny Warren. Emily enjoyed spending time with her family and loved to shop. Funeral Services for Emily will be 10:30am Saturday, September 2, 2017 in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home with Rev. Clark Cowden officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00pm-8:00pm and prior to services on Saturday. Entombment will be in Memorial Chapel at Roselawn Memorial Park. Eastern Star Chapter #428 will conduct a memorial service at 7:30pm. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Wabash Valley with envelopes available at the funeral home. The family would like to thank Hospice of the Wabash Valley, ICU Staff and 3EC Staff at Union Hospital for the caring, compassionate and professional care Emily received during this difficult time.
