Donna Lee Pifer

Donna Lee Pifer, 54, of West Terre Haute passed away at 9:55 a.m. Friday September 23, 2016 in Union Hospital at Terre Haute. She was born September 1, 1962 at Vincennes, IN to Farrell Pifer and Charlotte May Porter Pifer. She had been employed as an assistant manager at Arby's Restaurant at Terre Haute. Survivors include: a son Tony Griego of West Terre Haute; three sisters Juanita Pifer and her companion Jeff Smith, Debbie Mount and former brother in law Harry Mount all of West Terre Haute and Sherry Milner and her husband Jeff of Bowling Green, IN; two brothers Buddy Pifer of West Terre Haute and James Pifer and his wife Barbara of Rosedale, IN; an aunt and uncle Sharon and Dick Lowe of West Terre Haute; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Donna was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents Tom and June Porter. Donna loved animals, reading, and being with her family. Funeral services will be 1:00 Wednesday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Alkire officiating. Burial will be in Bethesda Memorial Park. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until service time Wednesday. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Donna Pifer Memorlal Fund to assist with final expenses with envelopes available in the funeral home.
