Donna Jean Frey

Donna Jean Frey, 64, of West Terre Haute passed away January 5, 2025 in Union Hospital. she was born May 30, 1960 in Chrisman, Illinois to Edward Lee, Johnny Hobson and Madge Iona Allison Hobson. 

She worked for the Vigo County School Corporation as a secretary. Donna was a member of the Vigo County Corvette club. She was a past president, vice president, and secretary of the club. She enjoyed sewing and other crafts. Donna loved animals. Donna also liked to travel to the beach and ocean. She enjoyed country music and going to concerts. 

Donna is preceded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her husband, Marion “Bud” Frey (m.6/24/1978), a son, Marion Gerald Frey III “Jerry” (Christina Cotner), siblings, Lee, Ronnie, Glenda, Patty, Cathy, Beverly, and Beth and their spouses, her in-laws Marie, Rose, and Leo, and a dog, Fawn. 

Keeping with Donna‘s wishes cremation was chosen with a celebration of life. for a later date. If friends and family desire, contributions can be made to the Parke-Vermillion County Humane Society and/ Riley Children’s Hospital.
