Deborah Charletta Norton

Deborah Charletta "Debbie" Crane Norton, 46, of Terre Haute passed away Peacefully at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday September 13, 2016 in her home surrounded by her family after a courageous seven year battle with cancer. She retired due to her illness from Indiana State University. She was born March 25, 1970 at Terre Haute. Survivors include: Her Husband Frank Norton whom she married in 2006; a daughter Klara LaPradd; a son Shawn LaPradd and his fiancé Caitlin Pegley; Her Mother Helen Crabb and her companion Dave Boyd; six sisters Kathy, Tawnya, Gloria, Sarah, Patty Jo, and Pamela; three brothers David, Perry, and Robert; two brothers-in-law Jeff Norton and his fiancé Angel and Ron Norton and his fiancé Ginger; two grandchildren Cheyanne LaPradd and one on the way Braxton James LaPradd; and several nieces and nephews including two special nieces Alli and Jesse; and a good friend Steve Rogers. She was preceded in death by her father who raised her Clarence Crabb; her father Larry Crane; a brother Victor Crabb; her mother-in-law and father-in-law Kenneth and Shirley Norton; her best friend Angel; and a very special brother-in-law Jack Mott. Debbie loved mushroom hunting and fishing. Private family services will be Saturday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home with Pastor Buddy White officiating. Burial will be in Bethesda Memorial Park.
