David Wayne Thomas

David Wayne Thomas, 55, of New Goshen passed away at 9:46 p.m. Saturday August 26, 2017 in Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born January 27, 1962 in Clinton, IN to Wayne Thomas and Alfreda Edington Thomas.

Survivors include his wife Linda Ellen Manley Thomas; his mother Alfreda Thomas; two sisters Kathy Milbourn (Kevin) and Rhonda Maher (Tony); and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Wayne Thomas.

David had been employed in the maintenance department for the Sisters of Providence at St. Mary Of the Woods, IN for many years-. He was a member of the Murdock Club and the Universal Young Mens Club.

Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Roush officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until service time Wednesday. According to his wishes, cremation has been scheduled after services with burial of his ashes at a later date in Pleasantview Cemetery.
