Danny E. Meeks

Danny E. Meeks, 65 of Terre Haute, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care.  He was born in Vigo County on September 24, 1958 to Don Hoff and Emojean Meeks Barnes.

Danny enjoyed playing with his grandkids and loved watching the TV show “Cops”, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family friends.

Danny is survived by two daughters Melissa Coomer (Cory) and Jodi Sullivan (Everett), as well as his grandchildren; Gauge Reynolds (Makayla), Billy Reynolds (Mikka), a special granddaughter, Chloe Roberts (Zach), Tommy Roberts III, and Makenzie Sullivan, as well as his great grandchildren; Leelynn, Isaiah, MaKenna, Ryler, William, Tucker, Kobe, Averleigh, and Bentley.   He is also survived by his sister; Anna Schatz, Pam Hoff, Shannon Hoff, Christy Hoff, and Kelly Hoff.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Donna Hoff

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been chosen, with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
