Cynthia June Carter

Cynthia June Carpenter, 72 of West Terre Haute, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 in her residence. She was born in Clinton, IN on July 29, 1952 to James J. Carpenter and Dorothy J. Abrams Carpenter.

Cindy was a 1971 graduate of West Vigo High School and retired after 30 years in Housekeeping at St. Mary of The Woods, and prior to that had worked at Davis Gardens.

Cindy is survived by her two brothers, Steve Carpenter and Jay Carpenter, as well as her two canine companions, Angel and Cherry. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James Taft “Rick” Carpenter.

Graveside services will be held at Bethesda Memorial Park on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 1:00 PM, with burial to immediately follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
