Connie Jean Clark

Connie Jean Clark, 78 of West Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. She was born in Wichita, Kansas on April 8, 1947 to Robert Walter Forsythe and Molly Pearl O’Dell Forsythe.

Connie had previously worked in the mail room at CBS and loved to cook for her family.

Connie is survived by her three sons; Greg Clark (Cristie), Richey Clark (Jeannie), and Chad Clark (Kathy), as well as her grandchildren; Jacob Clark (Hailey), Ian Clark (Sarah), Brayden Clark (Avoree), Lyvvea Clark (Walker), Melissa Coomer (Cory) and Jody Sullivan (Everett). She is also survived by her brother Samuel Forsythe (Charlene), life-long best friend Carmen Pearson, and special friend Ceneta Earls, 7 great grandchildren; Paisley, Lainey, Ivy, Gauge, Billy, Chloe, and Tommy, as well as 8 great great grandchildren; Leelynn, Isaiah, Makenna, Ryler, Billy, Tucker, Averleigh, and Bentley. and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Robert Forsythe and James Forsythe, and a sister, Kathy Stultz.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM, with Tommy Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Dunlap Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Saturday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the funeral home.
