Claude F. Reedy

Claude F. Reedy, 65 of Terre Haute, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024 in his residence.  He was born in Terre Haute on April 16, 1959 to Claude Stanley Reedy and Linda Chadwick Reedy.

Claude enjoyed fishing and hunting, working on cars, and loved sitting in the sun.

Claude is survived by his wife of 43 years, Paula Worthington Reedy, and three children; Shaun Rader, Jason Reedy (Judith), and Jessica Wimsett (Dave), and two grandchildren, Mayson Wimsett and Emma Wimsett.  He is also survived by his siblings; Diane Reedy (Elizabeth Hodges), Brenda Reedy, Roy Reedy, and Tina Hillhouse (Kim), as well as several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents Claude and Linda Reedy, as well as his brother, Timmy Reedy.

Visitation will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3^rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM.  In keeping with his wishes, cremation will follow at a later date. 

The family would like to thank Union Hospital for the care given to Claude the last three months and also a thank you to Gentiva Hospice.
