Christy M. Daugherty

Christy M. Daugherty, 52 of Terre Haute, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital.  She was born in Terre Haute on February 11, 1971 to William Daugherty and Edna Lloyd Daugherty.

Christy was a former member of Forest Park Baptist Church.  She was a 1990 graduate of Terre Haute North High School and enjoyed baking, making crafts, and loved spending time with her younger cousins.  She was very involved in the Infinity House at Hamilton Center and while there enjoyed cooking and crafting with the many friends she had there.

Christy is survived by her uncle Paul Lloyd, her nephew Nathan Evol, many cousins and her dog Fonzie.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings; Richard Daugherty, Rebecca Daugherty, and Angela Daugherty, and maternal grandparents Opal and Harold Lloyd and paternal grandparents Mervin and Mary Daugherty.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 1:00 PM, with Rob Anderson officiating.  Burial will follow in Durham Cemetery.  Visitation is scheduled for Monday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the funeral home.
