Charles A. "Andy" Sebastian

Charles A. “Andy” Sebastian, 54 of Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2020 from heart complications, with family by his side.  He was born in Terre Haute on September 30, 1965 to Walter Sebastian and Flora Lea Walden Sebastian.

Andy is survived by his siblings; Vicky Ball, Cheryl Edwards, Walter Sebastian, and John Sebastian.  He is also survived by his uncle Dude, as well as several other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and the love of his life, “Matilda”, a pitbull he rescued from abuse.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Twilla Clinton, and brother, Bill Sebastian.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been chosen, with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date.  Andy will be sadly missed by everyone.  Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN.
