Carolyn V. (Neal) Shell

Carolyn V. Shell, 84, of West Terre Haute, passed away February 25, 2020 in the Gibson Family Center for Hospice.

She was born December 28, 1935 in Vigo County to Joel Neal and Goldie Morgan Neal.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dallas Shell, who passed  away in 1996; her siblings, James Morgan, Harold Stafford, Dora Porter, Noma Allsup, Josephine Elliott, JoAnn Olinger and Deedee Finchum; and grandson, Joshua Shell.

She is survived by her sons, Dennis R. Shell (Deborah) and Douglas Shell (Toni); brother, Willis Blackburn; sister, Barbara Bolton; grandchildren, Bryan Shell, Amanda Shell, John Shell and Jessica Shah; great grandchild, Holden Shell; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Monday, March 2, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, Indiana, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
