Calvin O. "Cal" Rutledge, Jr.

Calvin O. Rutledge, Jr., was born September 12, 1953, to Calvin O. Rutledge, Sr. and Myrtle Girton Rutledge. He passed away at home on September 24, 2026.

He was married for 53 years to Nancy Mae Rutledge, and they had 2 children, Calvin O. Rutledge III and Jennifer Sue Rutledge, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cal also has several nieces and nephews, from 8 siblings, 4 of which are deceased and 4 surviving. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 291 and was a Golden Eagle and served as past President.

Cal owned Reliable Tree Service (812-870-0010) and it will remain in business. Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, Indiana, 47885, on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 1 pm.
