Brian Patrick Phillips

Brian Patrick Phillips, 52, of West Terre Haute passed away unexpectedly on Sunday January 28, 2018 in his home. He had been a heavy equipment operator for many years with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 841 and most recently has been employed with McClain Farms in West Terre Haute.

He was born May 3, 1965 in Terre Haute to John Robert "Bob" Phillips and Helen Rose Anderson Phillips. Survivors include: a sister Elana Auten; two brothers Mike Phillips and his wife Peggy, and Steve Phillips; a niece Terra Auten; four nephews Trent Auten, Joshua Phillips, Noah Phillips, and Matthew Phillips; Great Nieces and Great Nephews Drew Phillips, Nate Phillips, Madison Phillips, Abigail Phillips, Carter Auten and Teegan Auten; many cousins and friends; and his dog Sugar.

Brian was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, and raising pit bulls.

A Celebration Of Life Service for Brian will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. until service time Thursday.
