Beverly Joan (Shadow) Rowe

Beverly Joan Shadow Williams Rowe, 78, of West Terre Haute passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018, peacefully with her family by her side.

Beverly was born May 08, 1940 in Terre Haute, Indiana. She was the daughter of Carl and Edna Houser Shadow.

Beverly loved playing bingo and spending time with her dog Bear. She was a 16-year breast cancer survivor. She chose to be a donor, wanting specifically to help burn victims.

Beverly worked at St. Mary-of-the- Woods College for 25 year. She also worked for Indiana State University’s housekeeping services.  After retiring she worked at St. Mary’s Supper Club.

She is survived by her sons, Jerry “J.R’” Rowe and Mike Williams (Lourada); her daughters, Shyrell Williams (Tim Gordon) and Shelly Williams (Greg Butler); her six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Linda Kay Williams; a grandson Wayne Price III; her sister Barbara Shadow; two brothers, John Shadow SR, Jim Shadow.

Cremation has been chosen with a Celebration of Life service and private burial to be announced at a later date.
