Beulah D. Prouse

Beulah D. Prouse, 59 of Terre Haute, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. She was born in Terre Haute on June 29, 1966 to Thomas Henry Beauchman and Mary Letner Beauchman.

Beulah is survived by six children; Trisha Welty, Frank Prouse, Jr., Brian Prouse (Paula Torres), Heather Wilson (Bryant), Joshua Prouse, Kerry Johnson (Daniel), as well as three step-children, Larry Paul Prouse III, Leo Paul Prouse, and Zachary Prouse, as well as 16 grandchildren; Breanna, Jenny, Jessie, Jr., Cameron, Aidan, Jace, Davie, Jordan, Joshlynn, Joshua, Jr., Leyla, Josiah, Sebastian, Hayle, Leo Jr., and Kamren. She is also survived by her siblings; Ednar Barnett (Samuel), Linda Mason, Connie Milton, LindaMarie Clements (Robert), Rebecca Darkis, Thomas H. Beauchman, and Charles Beauchman (Linda), as well as several nieces and nephews, as well as her loving companion Larry Prouse, Jr. she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Mary Vaughn and Nellie Gresham, as well as a nephew Roy J. Charles.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Troy Isles officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the funeral home.
