Bernard Jay Empie

Bernard J Empie born Dec. 10 1943 of Terre Haute in formally from Michigan passed March 11 2026. Bernie left behind two brothers Leon and Lyle Empie from Michigan a daughter Rita Howard and Husband Charles Howard one son Jameson Empie and wife Marybeth Empie, 7 grandsons Jackie, Jeremy, Kory,Kennedy, Kyle, Scotty, Jacob. 7 granddaughters Stephanie, Sydney, Shelby, Ashton, Paige, Bridgett, Abigail and several great grandchildren. Bernie served in the army for 6 years and retired after 47 years from America Seating in Grand Rapids Michigan. Per Bernie’s request he is to be cremated and no service will be held.
