Beatrice E. Deal Archer

Beatrice E. Deal Archer, 96 of West Terre Haute, went to be with God at 8:39 PM on Saturday, July 6, 2019 in her residence.  She was born in Terre Haute on October 10, 1922 to Joseph Deal and Emma Irene Dunlap Deal.

Beatrice was a retired cook at Frank’s Restaurant.  She enjoyed going to church and loved her family and gatherings.  She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Archer, Jr., great granddaughter Casey D. Archer, son-in-law Willard Fisher, and three brothers; Joe, Wayne, and Frankie Deal, as well as two sisters, Jane Crabb and Norma Barth.

Beatrice is survived by her children; Dorothy Richey (husband Butch “Donkey”), Jack Archer (wife Nancy), Linda Fisher, Nancy Bell (husband Jerry), Gary Archer (wife Romona), and Jerrie “Kitty” Archer.  Also surviving is a brother, Ron Deal (wife Sue), and a sister-in-law Tena Deal, as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, In on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM, with her brother, Rev. Ron Deal officiating.  Burial will follow at Bethesda Memorial Park.  Visitation is scheduled for Friday, July 12, 2019 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
