Barbara Jean (Pine) Hall

Barbara Jean Pine Hall, 86 of Terre Haute, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 12:58 AM at Union Hospital.  She was born in Terre Haute on October 30, 1932 to Thurman William Pine and Catherine Helen Brunner Pine.

Barbara was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church, and was a 1950 graduate of Marshall, IL High School.  She worked for Osco Drug (now known as CVS) for over 20 years.

Barbara is survived by four children; Audie Hall, Beverly Waggoner (Bill), Catherine Certain (Fred), and Nancy Rutledge (Cal).  She is also survived by an adopted son, Thurman Rutledge Hall, as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Hall on November 2, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Dave Smith officiating.  Burial will follow at Marshall Cemetery, in Marshall, IL, with a reception to immediately follow at Greenwood Baptist Church.  Visitation is scheduled for Thursday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
